How BookVelis Began

BookVelis Travel Group LLC was established in 2020 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, during a period when the travel industry was undergoing rapid change. While many agencies scaled back, the founders of BookVelis saw an opportunity to build something different: a travel company that combined the personal touch of a boutique consultancy with the reach and pricing power of a large network. The goal was simple, give every traveler access to the kind of planning, negotiation, and support that used to be available only through premium concierge services.

Operating from Suite 310 at 1603 Capitol Avenue in the heart of downtown Cheyenne, the team started small, focusing on domestic vacation packages and flight bookings for clients in Wyoming and the surrounding Mountain West region. Word spread quickly. Clients appreciated the transparency of our pricing, the responsiveness of our agents, and the fact that we followed up after every trip to gather feedback and improve our offerings. Within the first year, we expanded into international destinations, cultural tours, and group travel coordination.

By 2022, BookVelis had arranged travel for thousands of individuals, families, and organizations across the United States. We built partnerships with airlines, hotel groups, and local tour operators in over fifty destinations, which allowed us to negotiate rates and perks that are not typically available to individual travelers. Our approach relies on relationships, not algorithms, and that is what sets us apart in an industry increasingly dominated by faceless booking platforms.

Today, BookVelis Travel Group serves clients nationwide from our Cheyenne headquarters. Our Journey So Far

2020

Company Founded

BookVelis Travel Group LLC was incorporated in the State of Wyoming. Operations began from our Cheyenne office with a focus on domestic vacation packages and flight bookings.

2021

International Expansion

We added international destinations to our portfolio and established partnerships with hotel groups and tour operators in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Western Europe.

2022

Group Travel Division

Launched a dedicated group travel division to handle corporate retreats, family reunions, and school trips. This division now accounts for over a quarter of our annual bookings.

2023

Cultural Tours Program

Introduced guided cultural tours with local experts, covering Europe, Asia, and Latin America. The program was designed by our in-house specialist James Whitfield.

2024

4,000th Booking Milestone

Surpassed four thousand completed trip arrangements and expanded our airline partner network to include additional low-cost and premium carriers.
